FAQ

  • We cannot accept walk-up registrations at this time. All class registrations must be reserved online in advance.

  • Yes! Class is rain or shine and we have a sheltered area that we use for rainy day classes. In extreme weather conditions we will cancel the class and offer a credit of the pro-rated value of the class which can be used toward a future booking. We will always send out an email to the primary contact for the registration in advance if class is going to be cancelled (please also check your spam folder).

  • All children who are within the age range for the class must be registered to attend with a sibling. We allow older children who are able to be independent and who will not be joining in with the class to accompany their sibling(s) to class.

  • Please see our full cancellation policy here.

  • Children and adults should not attend classes if they are experiencing any symptoms of contagious illness or sickness, whether COVID-19 related or not. You, and the children you are accompanying, should not attend class if any of you have a runny nose, cough, contagious rash, vomiting or diarrhea in the last 48 hours. In addition, anyone who has experienced a temperature greater than 100 degrees F should be fever-free without medication for at least 24 hours before attending a class.

Anyone who has been in close contact with a person testing positive for COVID-19 in the previous 5 days should not attend class and take a test to confirm negative result before returning to class. Anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 may return to class after a minimum of 5 days from the date of a positive test or onset of symptoms and only once they have tested negative.

We reserve the right to amend these policies as needed based on public health guidance, and in compliance with local, state, and federal law.

  • Unfortunately this is not something we can accommodate at this time. Please see our cancellation policy here for your options. Please contact us to discuss your personal circumstances.
