Cancellation Policy

  • -For all drop- in class cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice, Romp & Rollick will provide a refund, minus a 10% processing and credit card fee OR a credit for the full value to be used toward a future booking.

    For all drop- in class cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, Romp & Rollick will provide a credit for the value paid to be used toward a future booking.

    -If Romp & Rollick has to cancel a class for a reason that is out of our control (heatwave, storm, fire, health of instructor, etc.) we will provide a credit for the value of the class which can be used toward a future booking. Please note: our classes go ahead rain or shine unless we contact you to let you know otherwise.

  • -For all sensory table rental cancellations made more than 7 days in advance, Romp & Rollick will provide a refund, minus a 10% processing and credit card fee OR a credit for the full value to be used toward a future booking.

    -For all sensory table rental cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, Romp & Rollick will provide a credit for the full value to be used toward a future booking.

    -If Romp & Rollick has to cancel a sensory table booking for a reason that is out of our control (heatwave, storm, fire, health of instructor, etc.) Romp & Rollick will provide a full refund, OR a credit for the full value to be used toward a future booking.

  • -For all consultation cancellations made with more than 7 days notice, Romp & Rollick will make a good faith effort to reschedule your session within 14 days of the original meeting time. If no alternate time can be agreed upon, Romp & Rollick will provide a refund, minus a 10% processing and credit card fee OR a credit for the full value to be used toward a future booking.

    -For all consultation meeting cancellations made with less than 7 days notice, Romp & Rollick will make a good faith effort to reschedule your session within 14 days of the original meeting time.
